The office staff is extremely polite and helpful. They take their time discussing options and offer any assistance with viewing you may need. They even checked in to make sure we were not moving forward with an apartment before offering it to other renters!Callie and Jess are particularly professional and kind!

I hired them to manage my property in 2019. I believe when Will ran the business, it was well ran and owners and renters were treated fairly. Since Will died, there have been rate increases that don't make sense when there is already a 10% property management fee.In September 2023, I notified them that I would be moving back into my property. They terminated the renters lease and forgot that I would be moving back in. The condition that I received my property in was horrible and embarrassing to me, to know that people were living in a home that the heater didn't work. I lived in two or three of their properties a long LONG time ago. Never had any issues with them, everything went smoothly. I was going through an old filing cabinet and old papers I had filed and came across in check i forgot to get cashed from my deposit coming back to me. This check written to me was almost 20 YEARS OLD! Daniel and Randy were willing to work with me on that, they had told me to bring in the old check I never cashed and they would write me a new one which they did today. They are a very fair and professional Property Management Company and if you were curious of going with them or not I would suggest that you do.Thanks again Daniel, I appreciate it!
