We have a brand new Scout 2 lift. It started beeping. last night. I installed the Aqua Creek App on my phone. The App allowed me to send a direct message to them. First thing this morning I got a response, which resulted in solving the beep. Turns out, that the device beeps a low battery warning, before it runs too low. Just like the low gas warning on a car, it allows you time to get out of the pool in time to allow you to swap batteries, and recharge. I am impressed with my lift and with this company's quick response, kind interactions. and help! As counselled, we will be sure to keep the batteries charged all the time, after use. The charger has a No Overcharge feature, and extends the life of the battery.
