I cannot recommend this caregiving service enough! From the very first interaction, everything has been handled with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Erika, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure every family feels supported and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. She is compassionate, organized, and truly dedicated to matching caregivers with the right families. Her warmth and attentiveness make such a difference, and it’s clear she takes great pride in what she does. Knowing that my loved one is in such capable hands has given me peace of mind, and I am so grateful for Erika and her wonderful team.

Addus HC stepped up and provided me with an avenue to take care of my brother last Summer, at a time that the current plan for his care failed. I was left to take over his care when unforeseen circumstances took my cg/pca away. I was in a the middle of health issues that were threatening his life and I had no cg/pca to help. Addus worked with me so that I was able to afford to take care of my brother and manage everything that is involved with his care.As Covid policies came to an end the past 8 months, the changes caused a bunch of turmoil, financially, hourly and with cg hiring and training.
