Randy at Elite Diesel was wonderful. Our RV began losing power about 60 miles west of Malta. We were able to limp Into his shop and as soon as we got there he looked at it and within a half hour had diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part. Took two days to get the part (which was out of their control) but once the part was in it they fixed it immediately and we were on our way. Had Randy and his team install 4.10 gears in my 2013 F150. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, kept me informed on the process amd progress. They also did a courtesy safety inspection, informing me I needed new front brakes which I was unaware of, brakes where completely worn out.
