Service is horrible. They make you get a number just to sit and wait over an hour to refill a prescription. Then you have to wait another couple hours to get it filled! Ridiculous! Worst experience ever!!!!

Your pharmacy is a joke. At this time there is no way to activate prescriptions unless you physically go to the pharmacy. Your staff is rude, refusing to help when calling to activate. I have to take PTO to drive on base just to ask to activate a prescription because your staff refuses to help! The answer I got is that the text system is working however they are not processing prescriptions activation via text! Why is it in place if you can’t process it!?? This is ridiculous!! No wonder you have the ratings you do.

My family and I have lived here since 2007. Naturally we’ve all had positive and negative experiences at this clinic. Unfortunately for me personally (especially in the last 3 1/2 years) the negative has far outweighed the positive, but I felt like I needed to update my review from 2019 after my most recent visit. I wanted to recognize and give credit to a nurse named Amber in Family Medicine. I recently had surgery in Utah and came in during walk-in hours with some issues.
