“Zac from Green Ladder Contractors proves that there are excellent contractors out there.
I was working with another contractor at first but soon realized that this was not working.
Zac divided the project up into three parts and itemized what the costs were what was to be done in each phase. Their work is excellent and everything was on time. I would highly recommend the Green Ladder team.

“We recently completed a major renovation of a house in the U district in Missoula. We picked Confluence Construction because they gave us a solid quote and seemed honest and trustworthy. We are exceptionally pleased with the end result. Joe Jensen and Mickey Niland were both terrific. They were very responsive and easy to work with and they had very good suggestions for improving the project. They stayed within the overall budget and provided a very useful tracking sheet to help us determine how much more we owed and what we could afford for "add-ons". The project ran over the original timeline by a few months, but that was expected given all of the supply chain impacts from COVID and labor shortages in Missoula. Also, we added more scope to the project which caused some delays in completion.
