Great customer service and stand behind their products. We had a new furnace and AC installed by Rick's team and they were nothing but kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. Joe was our installer and was fantastic to work with. A few weeks after install we had a small issue with our AC and the next day they came out to take a look at it and got us fixed up right away. Great company. Highly recommend!

I cannot begin to say enough about the good service and the skill exhibited by their repair men. Also they responded so quickly on a day when it was extremely cold and when you might well assume you couldn't get any help at all.
