Columbia Mountain Mechanical is proud to be working with Historic Hotel Libby on the hotel’s full HVAC system. Professional, responsive, and they know commercial-scale heating and cooling. It is exciting to have a Libby-based crew on a project this important to the community. The service man was very knowledgeable and cleaned/fixed the furnace. When it didn't work right the next day, he came back and discovered he had missed a problem. Now it's totally fixed and works. Another customer had a capped off pipe fixed under the house for a gas range install, and the worker made sure everything was working properly and the heater was good. It took a little longer than expected but it was worth it. They managed to get customers in so quickly. The young man was professional, polite, and super patient with dogs. They got to people super quickly with kindness and understanding. The office and hvac worker were superb and professional. They showed up so quick and had things fixed up in no time. They're very reasonable on pricing, and the guys never leave behind a mess. One customer was there within an hour.
I've used Columbia Mountain Mechanical for several years on customers ' homes, as well as my own home, and at my gym, 1st Ascent Climbing & Fitness in downtown Libby. They've done everything from install, retrofit, radiant heating, troubleshooting, duct work, system maintenance, etc., and they have been an excellent company to call on when you need a heating and cooling company.

getting someone to come out to give an estimate took longer than I thought, and then getting an estimate took some time. Once I approved the estimate then the rest went rather quickly. AC works great
