Cabinet Peaks Family medicine is great! Reception was fast, friendly and helpful. Wait time was almost nonexistent.. I saw JeNaia McGrevey as my primary care physician. She spent ample time with me addressing my questions and concerns. She was very detailed when going over-ordering lab tests. She explained what the lab test were for and her reasons for ordering them. She addressed my diet and exercise as a part of my whole health picture. My lab results came back quickly

JeNaia McGreevey is the most rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met!! How she can practice there is mind blowing but then again it's Libby.. I have had it being quite about this b.s it's constant visits to get absolutely no where!!! With any doctor in this town..

Not a trans friendly place, doctors can prescribe but refuse to because “liability” and “not feeling comfortable” prescribing a hormone blocker i have been on for literally 3 years and have had 0 side effects and problems and i was due for it yesterday and they didn’t care.

They will not prescribe mental health medications even though ive been having a mental health crisis and they completely brushed me off entirely. Do not go here

Best experience ever! My wife and I move from the Flathead in 2020 and needed a primary caregiver! Called and got an appointment immediately, very impressed! No wait time upon arrival! We met with Jenaia Mcgreevey along with her NA Amy! Without a doubt this was our best health experience ever! All our needs met and handled professionally with great care! For 1 1/2 years the staff at this medical center became our family! Sadly to say we had to move back to the Flathead! We miss this professional staff dearly and would highly recommend that if you live in the area of Troy or Libby Mt give them a call! They will go above and beyond to make certain all of your medical needs are taken care of! We love ❤️ and miss this group of professional’s very much! Keep up the absolutely amazing job that you all do for your community! ??❤️??❤️??❤️

For years, I've been a resistant patient-& rarely trust doctors. I say that to say, Dr Sara Mertes is such an exceptional physician that I've noticed my doctor aversion is being "cured." The staff is WONDERFUL, too. At my 1st visit, I needed an MRI and Doc Sara & Nurse Ruth cut thru red tape I'd have struggled with for days or even weeks in Phoenix. (I relocated from there in 2018.) My visits with Dr Mertes are collaborative as she truly listens BEFORE she provides guidance or treatment. And she's cutting edge SMART! HOW refreshing! I LOVE this clinic.. and everyone who works there is both down to earth and professional. THANK you ever so much.. to all of you!
