We are extremely happy with the communication and service. I called last fall, our furnace wasn’t working . They showed up within an hour and had the problems fixed quickly. Their charge was very reasonable.

I called on Sunday, left a voice mail asking for assistance first thing Monday morning. R&D called me back right at 8 am on Monday, arrived to my house by 8:15 and had the issue fixed in under an hour. Im very pleased with their service ?Service: Heating system repair

I am so impressed with R&D. My heater went out and I called at 6:30am and left a message; I got a return call by 7:45am and the job was done by 9am. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. When my 50-year-old heater finally dies, as is expected, they will absolutely have my business.Service: Heating system repair
