This is by far the best gym in Laurel. Pool, tanning beds, sauna, hot tub, showers, and plenty of room to workout. As many different gyms that I have been too this is by far the best one in terms of price and quality. I would give it 5 stars but the sauna seems to break down every few months at this place and takes them weeks to get it fixed.

They are very affordable, friendly, clean ,and helpful! The hours of operations are more than accommodating, and they even have a pool with great classes. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I visited this gym while working in Laurel and I absolutely love this place. It is a very unique vibe, similar to the old school gyms. The equipment is great, lifting belts are provided and there is all the basic equipment you will ever need. This is the kind of place you come in, put in work and leave. They also have a juice bar which is very convenient.
