I can't begin to describe how grateful I am for the help of MJ Dolorme at Wintrust Mortage. I was in a hot mess with another mortgage company, Better.com, a national company who wasn't able to come through for my purchase of a condo here locally. In fact, they dropped me on my closing date! The whole experience was terrible. MJ was recommended by my realtor Susan Julian as things started to get worse for me and he had the magic words with Fannie Mae and closed me in less than 3 weeks. It was crazy awesome. The process of getting the loan was much easier, I didn't feel I was being interrogated or doing something wrong like I did with the national company. I highly recommend MJ and his Team who are reassuring and have the connections locally to be able to follow through on their word with little fuss and some Montana charm to boot!
