I went in and asked for a specific product. I was told by the girl that she's been there several years they've never carried it. I told her I bought it there just a few months ago. I found it online and showed her the photo.... then she was able to show me where it was. A big pet peeve of mine is an employee not knowing their products and telling me they "don't carry that" when they actually do.

I was in the Kalispell store a few weeks ago, needing some help with make-up. Debbie Hult helped me and was very knowledgeable, engaging, and delightful to work with - Great Job, Debbie!!

I have been shopping here for years and I went to exchange a concealer I bought online that was the wrong shade. Went to exchange In store and the worker said since I used coupons I have to pay the difference. I just want the same thing different shade. I've never experienced that and lack of help left me upset and I will go somewhere else and buy the product for full price! I hope these employees learn the difference between exchange and return.
