Updated my review, lowered score for same reason. Online check in is not accurate at all. Today I couldn't get it to work at all, called and they said they couldn't do it over the phone. Tried the app, tried mobile online check in, also tried on a laptop. Several times now I have looked at online check in, checked in, get a text while I'm waiting telling me that it will be ten minutes. Walk in, says 59 minutes on the screen. Super annoying when you have a schedule, defeats the purpose in the online check in. Other than they are ok.

This sports clips was incredible. Marcie was absolutely perfect. Got a hair cut and a beard trim. Went from looking like a heathen to way less of a heathen. Really enjoyed everything at this location!

I've been a customer of Sports Clips since 2015. I always purchase the MVP Season Pass with 5 sessions. I find any of the stylist to be very good stylist, friendly, and service oriented. The hot towel on my face while getting the shampoo is exceptional. The massaging of neck and shoulders at the end is just what I need to put a relaxed day before me!Service: Haircut
