TruGreen Kalispell has received mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the overall lawn improvements and the professionalism of some staff, such as Jordan and Mason, who diagnosed issues and made helpful recommendations. Many are happy with the service and the positive changes in their lawns over time. However, some concerns were raised about staff interactions, with one customer feeling disrespected over payment methods. There was also a mention of scheduling issues, as a technician arrived a day early, and a comment about fertilizing leaves rather than the lawn. Despite these concerns, many clients are pleased with the results and the effort to improve difficult, neglected patches of lawn.
This was the first time I used TruGreen, looking for help to kill lots of weeds and green up my lawn. Dayton came and was very kind and knowledgeable. First, he texted when he would arrive. How nice! Then he examined and evaluated the lawn. I am certain he was correct. I received that evaluation on the bill he gave to me. That was highly useful. I feel a new product on my lawn could be helpful. Time will tell. I am sure Dayton had many customers that day, but he took time to talk with me.

Very polite! He let me know what he was doing. He also saw my dog and let me know that she had to stay inside for a couple hours. Took the blower and blew off what had gotten on my sidewalk. As always, they do quick work with great service. :)
Ray showed up and gave me a chance to ask questions, which I had a few. He did a great job of answering them and was very professional. It's nice to know that my lawn is on the comeback and looking better and better after each treatment. Thank You.
