We had a consultation for getting help to decide on a whole house water softener along with filter(s), etc. Ryan was super helpful and covered everything in detail for us, answering LOTS of questions. He even got down in the crawl space to see how things are plumbed to give is better answers and estimates. They come next week to do the install!
Above average on the phone, prompt and on time service. The technician Ryan was very knowledgeable with his troubleshooting skills, explanations and resolutions of problems. Very reasonable charges I feel for services performed.
I would recommend Rocky Mountain plumbing for any type of plumbing service needed. We've used them for a washer hookup, drain cleaning and water line/hydrant repair on the farm. They are prompt, thorough and personable which makes it easy to ask questions and understand the work!
