Needed a vet that day to see my dog and my vet closed at noon on a Wed!? Ponderosa worked me in and spent and hour plus trying to diagnosis my sweet dog. I received a follow up outlining everything that was ruled out and what may be wrong. Dr Gates even consulted a specialist! All of this took place in a few hours. Outstanding customer service and experience. I’m officially a new customer!

Best veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Jim has been great with my cats, always resolving any issues they have quickly. Dr. KC has shown the most compassion and respect for my chickens that I’ve ever seen. Every staff member in the office is always so kind and welcoming. I feel very fortunate to have found Ponderosa!
