Called today because my gas furnace went out sometime yesterday/last night. I tried troubleshooting on my own and at first didn't figure it out. I called Ogle and Mick answered. He gave me some advice and offered to come out. He was transparent on weekend service charges and possibilities of not being able to source parts until weekday. I decided to wait till Monday to have them come out due to limited budget. He called again to offer me a space heater and come give the furnace a look just to get an idea. he was concerned due to storm weather moving. He went above and beyond in communication, care and concern. Thankfully it was a relatively easy fix. I was so impressed and appreciated the follow up. I hopefully won't have many hvac issues in the future but I will absolutely always call Ogle first.
