Very friendly and helpful! I had a shelf in the refrigerator needing to be replaced. I hadn’t cleaned it off before he arrived due to feeding the baby. He helped me clean it off and put stuff back before he left.
I left a message and received a call back less than 5 minutes later. They talked me through several ideas on the phone and gave me pointers to try and fix the problem on my own, rather than having them come out and charge me to assess the problem with my washer. Greatly appreciate the time they took to help me for no charge!
Our washing machine quit pumping last evening. I called Montana Affordable Services and the owner said he would stop by in the next couple of days . He called the very next day and replaced the pump. He is very professional and thorough.
