“Three years ago we selected Bighorn Development to take on the task of gutting and rebuilding our 30 year-old ski condo. The entire project took place while we were back home in Texas. We had plenty of time to start researching on-line for home builders in the Flathead Valley prior to our move - at least 3 months and we had narrowed it down to 3 or 4 builders with Finmark at the top of our list to visit and view in person several of their homes. From the time we first visited their facility and met the Oja family team we were sold. Very courteous, professional and attentive to our needs. We felt blessed to have had the opportunity to work with them during these difficult times of contractor and material shortages as they were very patient with us and our delays were minimal compared to so many others. “I had my Flathead Lake property (down by Dayton) driveway tuned up and then paved by LHC. They gave me a very clear, solid bid, lower than the only other I got, and were timely. They did a great job of both preparation and paving. The prep-work was substantial, even when it looked pretty good to me, I could easily see the improvement. They had great communication, and gave me more in about every way. I got a good 3", and 4" where needed. The crew had a lot of experience, were conscientious (I had some tricky areas around rocks and the stairs, shop, etc.), were fast but efficient. I don't like to write a review unless they impressed me, and they did. Thanks everyone there, I appreciated the work done and those I met, every one of them. I will try to get a picture next year to share.“
