This place is not in bed bath and beyond, it’s a national dispatch third party company. Was transferred to a third party with a auto message to enter my zip code and the call went no where after entering the same info (zip code) twice. Just another trash company what you won’t know know where the call is going to and your time being waisted.

Absolutely do not use this company, my teenager called when he locked himself out and they were going to charge him $65 more than the local rate to unlock his keys when he realized it he called them back to cancel and without telling him there was a cancellation fee they hit his card for $60 for absolutely no service. We called customer service and they refused to remove the charge saying it was told to him that he would get the charge even though it wasn’t. Very unethical on every front. I would give 0 stars if that was possible.
