Vince helped me today when my son locked my keys in my running car. The phone was answered quickly. I called numerous numbers going down google this was the last one listed, the ONLY one that picked up. Vince took my situation seriously and treated my situation as urgent as I expressed with the heat outside. AAA considered it acceptable for me to wait 1-2 hours in temperatures that can cause heat illness in little to no time. I have no regrets pulling the trigger and saying screw AAA and calling Great Northern Lock and Safe. There was no damage to my vehicle. Vince worked quickly and got the job done in no time once he arrived. 11/10 starts for customer service, understanding of urgency and a job well done!
We managed to lock our keys in a U-Haul van at a storage unit. U-Haul wanted to charge us a ton of money to use their road side assistance lock out, but gave us the option to use our own lock out service. Luckily, we called Great Northern Lock and Safe. Justin was very pleasant and said he would send someone out right away. Keep in mind this is out of Kalispell city limits. We settled down for a long wait, but were amazed when Vince arrived about 15 minutes later. Vince was also very pleasant, as he assessed the situation, and knew exactly what to do. He had the door open in less than 10 minutes. We were amazed, pleased, and relieved. A very reasonable rate and super fast response time turned our crappy day into a productive one.
