I am from out of town and had an emergency concern that didn't quite warrant the emergency room. This urgent care was extremely quick to see me and Dr Jerilyn was friendly, efficient and reassuring. I'm very grateful for them.

Very quick and professional. Is located inside Family healthcare/urgent care. From check-in to walking out the door post test, it only took 6 minutes total which is about half as long as it took me to find a parking spot!! Very pleased with fast service even with waiting room plumb full!! Free service and i got results in 24 hours ?

One more update to this review, late November 2020.
Over the course of the past two months this facility has improved dramatically. The drive through testing is efficient and relatively stress free, the staff is kind and reassuring, and results are delivered by phone usually within a few days, along with guidance on what comes next. Nicely done - let’s get through this!

September 2020’s review-
Waited 6 days for results, while household quarantined, canceling all other medical appts.
Office never did call with results, but on day 7 patient called in, and after 20 minutes on hold, office gave result.
