Zero stars. Worst healthcare one could receive. Plus, if you have a payment plan with them, they will still send you to collections.
We need better healthcare especially considering that’s our only option for emergencies.

As you can see, my previous experience with the Medical center has always been great (i.e. 5-star rating). However, I'm traveling in Europe and I cannot access the Health portal to learn the results of an important report. Perhaps there is some kind of block that I'm not aware of.

Another WTF moment with Logan Health.
I went to the ER because I was having concerning symptoms and because my care team has repeatedly instructed me to go to the ER when something feels wrong.
I have terminal cancer. My care is complicated. I have specialists and Palliative Care involved for a reason.
What I did not expect was to find myself arguing with an ER physician about my own established care.
He told me this “wasn't an emergency.” He criticized Palliative Care and told me they “weren't doing their job.”
Think about that for a moment.
