Mark and his assistant took time to answer all of my questions. They fixed the issues I was having due to an outdoor space thermostat getting too cold and installed an on/off switch that I could easily flip to save energy in ultra low temps. I appreciate their professionalism and creativity!

Very happy we went with Great Northern Heating and Air recently. We started out with another company for the purchase and install of our Fujitsu mini spit system. After we had some problems that were likely caused during installation, we called Fujitsu and they pointed us to a company we could trust.
