Dr.Dean is very knowledgeable & awesome!We wish he could be our primary Vet.But everytime we have had to take our chihuahua there the Techs and Dr. Dean have been really good and compassionate. Thank you for helping us through this last visit that we had w/her in handling the passing of our Best friend & family member. ?Thanks so much!
On Christmas morning, when we awoke to the passing of a beloved fur baby, Flathead Pet Emergency showed us nothing but kindness. From the receptionist to the vet techs, they were very caring. Highly recommend this team!
This vet is the only emergency vet in 5 counties and thank God they are in mine. Dr. Shepard and his staff did a very thorough evaluation of my Newfie. He sent us home with men's and pro biotics and my puppy was somuch better the next day. The staff was very nice and caring about my puppy. They worked very hard to make a very sick dog comfortable.
