Highly recommend that Everybody should really try them out! The flotation therapy is very relaxing, I couldn't believe I fell asleep it was THAT relaxing. I also did the Infrared Sauna on another visit which felt really nice on my joints especially now it's winter and with my psoriatic arthritis both options helped ease my pain.
Such an interesting experience. When I first got in and closed my eyes, I felt like I was spinning in a clockwise motion. Ultimately, I was so relaxed by the end that when I got in my truck I was a little confused. I looked at the key and knew I had to start the truck, especially to get the AC going, but it took me a few seconds. I went to bed early that night and slept like a rock.
Awesome! Just had my first float and loved it!!The facility is clean & professional.Owner was friendly and helpful. He gave clear instructions and tips for a good float.My main reason for trying a float was sensory deprivation. An hour without any distractions sounded amazing, and it was!!! Bonus, my muscles and back feel better too. I left with an all around feeling of peace and calmness and looking forward to my next soak.Thank you!
