Very funny, very knowledgeable, and very patient with me as a walk in with 20 guestions. They were very kind yet got straight to answering my questions and also provided other options that may have been better to my circumstances. Not once did they judge, and I found that very refreshing. All in all, I was in and out in maybe a half hour total between my morning stop and going back in the afternoon once I made my decision.
The staff was professional while being educational. Answered all my questions, and left with knowledge of the course it’ll take. I had an eyebrow tattoo removal via laser. Molly was my provider for LHR and was fabulous. She took time explaining the treatment and how many I will prob need to have done. Made sure I was good and numbed up before the treatment. After numbing started working, the laser took 5 min. Which was nice.
