I worked with project manager Parker Wilson after the Missoula windstorm last year and have nothing but great things to say about him and CBX. From start to finish Parker and his team took care of the project with class! They patched the roof right away after the storm and worked with my insurance company who did not want to pay for the entire roof until the job was finished. They went to bat for me against the insurance company and helped me get the entire project covered as it was supposed to to. I don't usually write reviews however, I felt this was an exception. Tyler Chapman was willing to come look at our roof after a terrible wind storm. He was working at the neighbors and made time to come to our place. He was honest and did a great job answering our questions. We did not need a new roof nor many repairs. He was willing to take care of the small repairs immediately and did not inflate the damage beyond what it was. Tyler has a degree in architecture, he is very knowledgeable in the roofing industry and honest. We could not recommend him more highly.
Recently we experienced significant hail to our home to which in turn required a roof replacement. We contacted CBX, a roofing company here in Kalispell to do an inspection. They sent a Project Manager, Colton Hiles, to our house. Colton spent time to address our concerns, answer our questions and to explain not only the process of a roofing inspection, but how the roofing inspection would be part of our insurance claim. He was very thorough in his explanations and made sure we understood the process.
