I chose Artisan Roofing to replace my roof this past winter. They delivered exceptional customer service, from those who answered the phone, to the project manager who updated me on the financial aspects of my account, to Houston, my advisor throughout the process. They are NOT salesy and never pushed me to choose them. They offered quality advice and then stepped back. Whenever it came time to project milestones, they followed up via phone, text, and email, communicating clearly, confidently, and with utmost professionalism. We are so thankful we chose Artisan Roofing to repair our roof damage. Their customer service is 5 Star. The quality of work they did is 5 Star. And the countless hours they spent dealing with our insurance company helped us so much!!! I’ve already had the opportunity to recommend them to people in need of roof repair. I told our local insurance representative how pleased we’ve been and she was glad to hear that because she can pass that information on to other local clients. Referrals are so helpful. Our company had Artisan out to replace a roof for a customer in Columbia Falls and were very happy with the results. There was excellent communication throughout the process and the guys installing the roof were very professional. They kept the entire project tidy and hauled away the old shingles from the old roof. Once the project was complete they ran a magnet over the yard and driveway to make sure there weren't any nails lying around! Very happy with Artisan Roofing and will use them again for any future projects we have! Thanks Guys!
