Excellent communication and service. They contacted us multiple times to let us know the time window when to expect the Repair Technician, Josh. He let us know a half hour before he arrived. Josh was professional and prepared. Definitely highly recommend and will use them again if ever needed for appliance repair.

Excellent service by Ryan, and a complete repair of our dishwasher. Bud Blocks is in demand here in our valley and we needed to wait for our appointment but it was worth it. Ryan was on time, very informed, efficient and clearly explained what was wrong and how to fix it. Highly recommended.
