Very friendly customer service! The person answering the phone to book the appointment was very nice and helpful. I was told that the service technician would text me the morning of the appointment and give me a 2 hour window of arrival time. I received a text first thing in the morning saying that Jack would be at our house at 9am (this means he has anywhere between 9am and 11am to show). Jack showed up right at 9am! I couldn’t believe it, no waiting around half the day! Jack was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. An absolute pleasure!
