Great Customer Service. Both Devon and Andrew are very professional. I was instantly impressed and could actually relax knowing, finally I had the right people to fix our furnace. We had been without heat for four days and the process just to get our tank refilled was insanely and I mean difficult from another business. Therefore when they arrived with their, 'we'll get it fixed no worry's" attitude was a blessing. Because of this, I have posted all their information on our refrigerator. You need not look anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you want it done right, call them first!

Monday morning (20 degees outside) I smelled that electrical burn smell. After checking around my house to find to origin, I realized it was coming from my furnace. After shutting it down and checking, I couldn't find a cause so I tried to start it up again. No luck. I called Bill's Superheat on the recommendation of a good friend. They were so gracious! Even though they were completely booked, they found a way to send out a serviceman, Andrew. He arrived and found the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs. Price was reasonable and he got the job done quickly. I would use them again and recommend them.
