Around 2021 the new guys at this clinic took me in at a time when my smile was needing serious professional attention. They worked to persuade me to keep coming in and they helped me remain positive, even when I was financially offset and bad at making appointments. This business was passed off into good hands. I love Big Heart Family Dentistry. I would recommend them 100%. Dr. Hinckley is absolutely amazing. I have never once felt pressured or judged in this office. I have been dealing with wisdom tooth pain for the last 9 or so years but had never had them removed because the cost of the surgery was too much for me. Dr. Hinckley really stepped up for me and agreed to surgically remove all four teeth in office. this made the cost dramatically less for me. He walked me though every step of what he would do and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I am so happy I found these guys as a dentist. Couple months ago I came to them with horrible teeth problems, I’ve had them all my life and it’s made me terrified of dentists but the people at big heart have went above and beyond for me to where im not scared to go into my appointments any more they just take care of there patients and I truly appreciate everything they do thank you guys!!
