Town Pump Express Wash is a highly recommended car wash in the Helena area, known for its hassle-free experience and friendly staff. The car wash is clean, with working vacuum hoses and always-emptied garbage cans. It offers a fully automated drive-through on a conveyor belt, as well as a monthly subscription plan for various wash options. Customers have reported their cars looking like new after regular visits. However, some customers have noted that the service can be inconsistent, with the wash closing early and equipment occasionally down for service. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and helpful. While the vacuums could use improvement, the car wash maintains a clean environment. Managing subscriptions online has also presented challenges for some users.
Car wash does an okay job. Touch car wash so risk of scratches. I'm leaving a 5-star review because when I went to cancel my membership, I had tremendous difficulty for months until Josh Dick finally got it figured out. He was incredibly helpful and if the rest of the staff was his caliber, I would likely still be a customer. Appreciate it Josh.
Adequate wash most times, only drawbacks are closing early when other wash companies are 24hr, but also down frequently for equipment malfunction/service (see the last few days). 15% of the time you want a wash, they will be closed during business hours.
Edit: Bringing this up from two to three stars solely because the guys they have working there are awesome and friendly. Will do what they can to help... except fix the machines, which I'm sure is outside their purview.
Great car wash for a drive through. Wish it was touchless. Vacuums have been used and abused, the suck just isn't there anymore, they are kind of suckey tbh (haha) drive through 2x for an sub or truck!
