Igor and Steve were incredibly kind. I feel like these guys do a really good job three brothers and all the other plumbing agencies in town definitely do not do the same… and not with the same customer service. I feel like Shedhorn not only is willing to get the job done, but they’re willing to work at the customer to make sure they aren’t wasting their money and as well anyone’s time.

On a Wednesday, I was in great need of my hot water heater replaced before the weekend. Kyle was right on the job, obtaining a 40 gallon short gas heater, installing it that afternoon and hauling the old one away. And, he was patient in explaining the care of the new unit to me. I am grateful for the blessing of this professional plumbing company. Thanks!

Called Shedhorn mid-day with a gas leak and a pipe leak emergency. Steve answered and promised to see what he could do. Dispatched a highly capable plumber to the location within an hour and problem was solved by closing time. Didn't have to worry about gas leak or pipe leak getting worse overnight. That peace of mind is worth a lot. Highly recommend.
