Worst customer service, was extremely late, lied about who would be doing service and what would be done, price and hours worked. Very abusive and useless so called firm. Just a big waste of time and a rip off. Very dismissive if you have any questions or concerns, your left in the dark with no return call for weeks if not a month while they do little to nothing and then surprise you with a big bill with no clear description of services rendered after promising not to do so then refused to return property or again left in the dark. Excellent customer service. Did a very thorough job completing our business and personal taxes. They found numerous very costly mistakes made by our former accounting firm. Are always available to give guidance on business purchases and planning for the future. Would highly recommend this business.
