The guys at Rainbow were incredible to work with when we had a major plumbing issue that flooded several rooms in our house. They were extremely thorough about not only cleaning and drying, but explaining the whole process as they went through it. They were very prompt in getting to us so that mold didn’t develop. Since they’re local, they have a very good understanding of local contractors. They were also very insightful in helping us understand how the insurance process works, as it was our first time making an insurance claim.
My heroes!!! Rainbow Restoration did an incredible job with our basement leak. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue promptly, stopped the leak and then set straight to work with the remediation! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jake and Jeremy are absolute professionals. Everyone who came into our home was wonderful! They made working with my insurance company a breeze and were there to help with every step! I cant say enough great things about them. THANK YOU!!!!
After our septic line froze in February and backed up into our basement, Jake and his crew quickly came in to clean, dry out and apply antimicrobial solution to prevent mold and viruses from developing. They were professional and frequently checked in with us to provide updates on the whole process. Jake helped me navigate the insurance process to ensure I was fully taken care of and made recommendations of local contractors who specialize in my home's type of repair that was needed. They were easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
