Was looking to send my daughter some flowers for Valentine’s Day. She is far from home and knew it would cheer her up. Tried two services in town who could not make it happen. Tried one more before giving up and found myself on the phone with Kathey from Petals Floral Design. Explained what I was looking for and she delivered both figuratively and literally. The people of Helena are very fortunate to have Kathey as a resource for their floral needs and I strongly recommend you call her first. She proved customer service is alive and well in Helena and I am grateful to have found her.
This place and owner, Kathey are amazing!!! Kathey goes over and above to make sure the flowers convey the message you intend to give with the flowers, and is so accommodating in last minute orders and delivery. I would absolutely order from her again. Not only that, the recipient of my flowers also said, Kathey will get all her future flower orders. The flowers were so colorful and vibrant. The best flower experience!
I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness, compassion, and generosity shown by this florist.
