Was looking to send my daughter some flowers for Valentine’s Day. She is far from home and knew it would cheer her up. Tried two services in town who could not make it happen. Tried one more before giving up and found myself on the phone with Kathey from Petals Floral Design. Explained what I was looking for and she delivered both figuratively and literally. The people of Helena are very fortunate to have Kathey as a resource for their floral needs and I strongly recommend you call her first. She proved customer service is alive and well in Helena and I am grateful to have found her.
My wife and I happen to be in Helena Montana for our 50th anniversary. We were on a tour and constantly on the move. I contacted two or three different florist in Helena and no one was able to help me getting a dozen yellow roses for the occasion I finally contacted petals floral, and a girl on the phone was more than helpful and went out of her way to make sure the roses were at the hotel on the date of our anniversary, the flower arrangement looked terrific and the people at petals went above and beyond to make it happen
I had the very best experience coming into this flower shop last minute on Labor Day weekend. She was so kind and helpful and she even let my son help with the flower decorations. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!
