I came in with severe lower back pain and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Shandell. It was my first time trying cupping, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! Shandell took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the session.
By the time I left, my lower back felt so much better, and I felt more relaxed than I have in a long time. This was probably one of the best massages I've ever had. I highly recommend Shandell to anyone dealing with pain or just looking for an incredible massage. I'll definitely be back!

Her massage skills were truly excellent. I went in with significant back pain and left feeling noticeably better, with relief that lasted for days afterward. She clearly has strong clinical knowledge and technique, and I would absolutely return for the quality of her work alone. The studio space itself felt a bit cluttered and could benefit from being more organized, but the quality of the treatment more than made up for it!
