I called three mornings in a row and each time the lady answering the phone said she would give Jim my name and number and have him call me back right away! He still hasn't called back. My last message was to ask him to at least call me back or ask someone to call me back if he didn't have time to consider the work I needed done. Very disappointing.

Jim and his crew installed our roof September 22’ here in Helena. They stripped the old roof and had the new one installed in three days. Cleaned up and hauled away all trash and old shingles. Great communication and fair pricing. Would recommend!

Feb 2021

We paid to have our roof replaced in March. Shingles were replaced. We were told that soffit would be replaced after parts were ordered. Jim said they arrived damaged and had to reorder. It is now October and nothing! My husband has made weekly calls to Jim’s cell phone as well as his answering service. He has not replied to any of these phone calls. Totally unprofessional. I guess our next step is civil court.
