This is a great martial arts group. Aikido improves your coordination, forces you to initially think and then not to think when you do techniques. It also helps with flexibility and learning to fall safely.

This dojo is excellent! The instructors are very experienced and patient. The students are very peer supportive. Reasonably priced.
