Just wanted to let you all know that I'm feeling a lot better. Been on a diet to clean out my guts and heal them. It's been a tough road. But the constant pain is getting better. I can concentrate better and my emotions are evening out. Fibromialga is not for the weak. Randy's (my husband) been a huge help! Making sure we have the foods and making them for me. I'm going to Cornerstone wellness Center. They have been stretching my neck, exercises, the diet and Chiropractic Care. I still have a long road ahead. I slept 7 hours last night! I found Cornerstone Wellness Center from a referral my chiropractor. He thought that the decompression therapy they offered would give me more relief.
I called & received an appointment in 1 (one) day! Please note my spinal fusion surgery was scheduled out 5 1/2 months with 7 different doctor visits in between the time I saw the doctor & when my surgery was scheduled.
I had an appointment with Dr. Jesse at cornerstone wellness & these people (who really care about my personal wellbeing) in December.
