Just had my first cleaning at Caldwell. Not only was it an easy experience beginning to end, but I had the best cleaning I have ever had by Ellie. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and haven't been in nearly 3 years. Ellie was gentle and effective. If I wasn't moving I would absolutely come here again. Thanks.

Before finding this practice, my experiences with dentists were expensive, painful, and, frankly, dangerous. I dreaded every appointment. Dr. Caldwell and his entire team are the complete opposite of that experience—in the best possible way. From start to finish, everything is thoughtful, clear, and genuinely centered on patient care.

Working with Maddie on scheduling, insurance, and billing has been an absolute dream. She makes what is usually a confusing and stressful process feel effortless. She even texts! Every single piece of information she gave me was accurate, and she always made sure I understood exactly what was happening and when.
