Before finding this practice, my experiences with dentists were expensive, painful, and, frankly, dangerous. I dreaded every appointment. Dr. Caldwell and his entire team are the complete opposite of that experience—in the best possible way. From start to finish, everything is thoughtful, clear, and genuinely centered on patient care.

Working with Maddie on scheduling, insurance, and billing has been an absolute dream. She makes what is usually a confusing and stressful process feel effortless. She even texts! Every single piece of information she gave me was accurate, and she always made sure I understood exactly what was happening and when.

Good place with good people. Dr. Caldwell has done right by me twice now with root canals and his hygienist Bridget is great too! Babs is awesome up front to top it off! Never thought I wouldn't be freaked out by the dentist, but these guys are tops!
