We needed a utility room cleaned up which had unfinished (not taped) old drywall and plumbing/pipes for water filtration, furnace, water heater etc. It was a mess. Olbricht gave this little room the attention I would expect in any other room in the house. It was perfection. It sometimes pays to leave it to the professionals! Thanks Troy and Raymond!!
