Normally, I love our Ulta. Service is usually quite good. Recently, I purchased Clinique products there. I used my rewards, but they wouldn't allow coupon use. Then they were out of the Clinique bonus they advertised in the store. No offer of alternate or rain check. I can purchase from Clinique directly, get a sale/coupon, and a bonus. With online shopping, brick & mortar need to focus on service.

I love this ULTA. They always take my money lol. Amazing service and staff I've never met a rude person there. The manager I think his name is Tim or Tom something with a T helped me on a return that was very complicated and he was able to get me the money back and because of that I always come back.
