Let's face it new windows are expensive. Les helped me form a game plan to replace windows and doors in 3 stages. I just had the first stage installed. (4 windows) today was 102. My house stayed cooler than it did with temps in the low 90's. Behind the curtain of the windows that have not been replaced I could feel a heat pocket. Behind the curtain of new windows no heat pocket AT ALL. I am amazed at the difference. I am 100% happy! I highly recommend this company.Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement
Best service of any company I have dealt with.Les, at Great Falls Pella, was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in helping us with picking windows and doors when we designed our home several years ago. Every choice was perfect.Now, several years later, we had an issue with some cracking of a specific portion of the frame around the internal blinds. Pella evaluated the issue and said they had never seen that issue before. They completely replaced the affected frame in all of the affected windows at absolutely no charge.
