When I dropped my laundry off the lady gave me a receipt that said my clothes would be ready by 4pm in a couple days. I show up promptly on that day and time only to find a sign on the door saying they have new business hours and they close at 2pm. Luckily I did not need my laundry for any specific day but i was still frustrated. The lady was very friendly and they did a good job with my clothes.
