My hair salon lady was very friendly and did a good job. However, the young lady working the front on July 30th at 5pm with bleach blonde hair who was shorter than the other lady who was also working seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. Another young lady with blonde hair wearing black scrubs was very rude to the lady that did my hair. It was veey apparent to a complete stranger that she did not like the young lady who did my hair. I enjoyed my experience with my hair dresser but your other workers could use some training on respect within a work place and how to properly conduct themselves in front of customers.
Journey did a great job, provided the layered cut I requested & showed pictures. She was very calm and professional, friendly and skillful. The Academy is a great resource for the local community as well as for people just traveling through!
Edit - I went back again and LORIE ULMER did a phenomenal job on my hair! I am genuinely obsessed with the results. She took the time to understand exactly what I was going for and made it even better than I imagined. My hair feels healthier, lighter, and looks so beautifully blended.
